The Bachus & Schanker Cares Foundation was honored to serve as a table sponsor for the Purple Ribbon Breakfast, an event benefiting Alternatives to Violence (ATV) and their work supporting survivors of domestic and interpersonal violence.

This year marked our first time participating in the Purple Ribbon Breakfast, and our second year partnering with Alternatives to Violence. Our continued partnership reflects a shared commitment to survivor advocacy, safety, and access to critical support services within our community.

The event highlighted the importance of listening to and amplifying survivors’ voices. Attendees heard powerful stories from Eilish Poe and Ruth Glenn, whose courage and openness served as a reminder that behind every statistic is an individual deserving compassion, dignity, and the opportunity to heal.

We are proud to stand alongside Alternatives to Violence and the advocates working every day to ensure survivors are met with understanding, resources, and a clear path forward. Support from community partners helps strengthen these essential services and reinforces the message that survivors are not alone.
